A quiet walk on a sunny day through spectacular scenery – nothing beats it! We have an incredibly beautiful natural environment at Cream o’ Galloway and we work hard to protect it, to enrich it and to make it accessible for members of the public to enjoy.
There are four miles of signposted nature trails at Cream o’ Galloway that will help you get close to the nature and the wildlife that have made their home here, and there is no charge to explore them. The trails take in two wildlife lochans, a wildlife hide, acres of woodland that we have planted over the last 20 years. There is also some stately ancient woodland that red squirrels particularly enjoy.
While the trails are suitable for buggies, please note that paths are rough underfoot in places and care should be taken by people with mobility problems. Dogs are welcome but please remember to keep your dog on a lead at all times in this area of the farm. The nature trails are open year round and you are welcome to explore them at any time.
